June is Pride month and equality for PAWB = everyone is integral to our values at Goodwash.

Equality is ensuring individuals or groups of individuals are not treated differently or less favorably, on the basis of their specific protected characteristic, including areas of race, gender, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation and age.

Despite recent legislative achievements there is still so much more work to be done in Wales and around other parts of the UK to improve opportunities for LGBT+ people; and to create a society where every individual feels comfortable being who they are, at home, in their local community, and in the workplace.

Sadly ‘Equality for everyone’ is not yet the norm.

This is something criw Goodwash are not willing to accept and we wanted to play our role in helping to change this. Goodwash founder Mandy Powell comments:
