We offer a range of delivery options for the UK and beyond, including next day (subject to availability). UK standard delivery is FREE of charge for orders over £75.

All standard delivery is via Royal Mail. For other delivery options including trade we will may use a variety of couriers. 

Please note we do not despatch over the weekend or on Public Bank Holidays.

Cut off time for standard UK deliveries is 10.00am, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day (Monday – Friday)

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

Your delivery charge will appear in your basket once you add your delivery address, and chosen your delivery option. The above details should help you get an idea before you purchase. 

We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day, but remember we don’t despatch at weekends or on Public Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 10am are despatched on the next working day.

All our UK standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and these are tracked services. You will receive a Royal Mail email with tracking for your parcel.

We’re really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. First of all, get in touch with us at sales@goodwash.co.uk we’re here to help.

For various reasons Royal Mail deliveries can get delayed, but check with your neighbours and the local Royal Mail sorting office to see if your parcel is waiting for collection, sometimes they forget to leave a card.

For overseas delivery, please get in touch with us at sales@goodwash.co.uk and we’ll help you from there.

We try to re-use or re-purpose packaging or use sustainable and compostable alternatives. We currently use bio-degradable peanut filers that can will dissolved in water.
