THE GOOD HAND WASH + DIY HYDRATING HAND SCRUB

For something we use multiple times throughout the day, we often don’t put much thought into what we are washing our hands with. We pick the bottle by how it looks, or what it smells like, or occasionally because it has ‘nourishing’ or ‘hydrating’ written on the bottle, but what exactly about the liquid hand soap is nourishing?

In many cases those ‘nourishing’ ingredients are synthetic and the ingredient list is full of numbers and chemicals that aren’t just harmful to the environment, but also to your skin.

What if there was a hand wash that looked stylish on the side of the sink, that would not only smell amazing in the bottle but also left your hands smelling wonderful, and actually nourished your skin? The Goodwash Company lavender, patchouli and rose geranium hand wash is the answer you have been looking for.

Instead of hiding harmful chemicals, our handwash is proudly SLS and Paraben free, and uses natural ingredients to leave your hands feeling soft, silky, and most importantly, squeaky clean.

We add natural olive oil, that is also rich in anti-aging vitamins that hydrate and restore elasticity in the skin, leaving it looking nourished and youthful. In combination with the with the almond oil and argan oil it leaves hard working hands feeling soft and supple, giving your hands a rejuvenating treatment every time you wash them.

Almond oil is also known for its high levels of vitamin A, which is essential for healing. The aloe vera is the handwash is full of natural proteins which work to heal cracked or broken skin, and the power of aloe vera has been used for thousands of years. Together, the almond oil and the aloe vera are the perfect duo for helping to heal ripped cuticles, blisters and cuts, whilst the olive oil and argan oil work to soften the damaged tissue.

Lavender, patchouli and rose geranium essential oils also play an important role in the hand wash. Besides naturally scenting the soap, they also provide the antibacterial, and antifungal element that’s so important in hand wash. These oils have been used to clean wounds on Roman battlefields, and now you can have these wonderful oils in your home.

Besides being anti-bacterial, patchouli, rose geranium and lavender are powerful hydrators that work with the other oils and aloe vera to leave your hands feeling soft and nourished.
